What's the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Site Manager to support and add value to our multiple offices in South East Asia (SEA) region, while you are based in Singapore. Major responsibilities include remote management of our sites across SEA regions, which will include periodic travel to these locations. You coverage will be 6 different offices in SEA (Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Jakarta, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi).
You will be responsible for managing the Operational Expenditures (OPEX) budget while supporting Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) projects, project execution, vendor governance and continuous process improvements of operational and maintenance strategies. The individual shall ensure that activities are executed to ensure the uninterrupted integrity of the facility operations program. Successful candidates will have excellent project management and service delivery expertise across a diverse global portfolio.
We'll trust you to:
Lead all Facilities portions of the office
Coordination with Bloomberg departments including Infrastructure, Security, Hospitality and Capital Design
Build purchasing requests. Manage and approve vendor purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking governance utilizing industry best practices.
Management and approval of vendor contracts and agreements. Proper oversight of vendors as it relates to scope of work and execution of work efforts. Liaise with vendors and functional managers to assist in regional projects
Conduct regular site inspections, space management
Manage all Facility documentation including Site overviews, Process & Procedures, and Operations and maintenance Manuals
Implement and maintain Bloomberg's Facilities Global Standards which focus on extraordinary cleanliness, maintenance neatness and pantry services
Provide Elite, dedicated customer services
Knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum working with the ability to manage strategic and KTLO projects simultaneously
Manage, coach and train third party facility coordinator training programs and support overall staff development.
Effective Stakeholder Engagement. Build trusted relationship with stakeholders in each SEA offices to capture their needs and cultural nuances.
