Service Crew Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Take orders in our point-of-sale system, prepare beverages, serve customers, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, responsive, and proactive in meeting customer needs
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Packaging food and beverages for sale
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Maintain store and personal hygiene to the highest standard
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering to ensure we have the necessary supplies

Requirements:

  • Be responsible, customer-driven, committed, and willing to learn and grow with us
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Able to prioritize tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing situations as needed
  • Be an effective team player who can collaborate with others to achieve common goals
  • Commit to working rotational straight shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Working hours include 9-12 hours per day, 5 or 6 days a week, between 7am to 9pm. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work varied schedules to meet business demands.
