Why This Role We've grown primarily through inbound demand and referrals. You'll be our first dedicated Business Development Executive, leading outbound growth and building a scalable go-to-market engine from the ground up. We are looking for someone with at least 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience , with a proven track record in healthcare sales — selling to public and private hospitals, clinic chains, clinical laboratories, and other healthcare institutions. You should be comfortable navigating complex organisations, engaging senior stakeholders, and crafting tailored solutions that address operational pain points. This is a founding commercial role — you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to solution selling and closing. You'll be out there meeting partners, attending conferences, and opening doors that others can't. With strong performance, there's potential to quickly grow into a Sales Manager / Head of Sales role, where you'll train and lead our future sales team. Responsibilities End-to-end sales ownership: Identify, prospect, and close new B2B accounts — from initial outreach to signed agreements. Healthcare market focus: Drive new business within the healthcare sector, including public/private hospitals, clinic networks, diagnostic labs, telemedicine providers, and logistics partners serving the healthcare ecosystem. Outbound strategy: Build and execute creative outreach campaigns via email, calls, and LinkedIn; secure meetings with key decision makers. Solution selling: Understand customer pain points and tailor Rida's AI-powered logistics solutions to meet their operational and business needs. Pipeline & CRM discipline: Maintain accurate opportunity stages, forecasts, and next steps; produce weekly pipeline reports. Market presence: Represent Rida at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to expand brand visibility and build relationships. Feedback loop: Work closely with founders, marketing, and product to refine messaging, identify new verticals, and sharpen go-to-market strategy. Qualifications 3–5+ years of proven full-cycle B2B sales experience , ideally in healthcare, logistics, or SaaS ; consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota. Mandatory: Demonstrated success selling to healthcare institutions — such as public/private hospitals, clinic groups, clinical laboratories, or healthcare logistics providers. Tenacious and resourceful — you find creative ways to reach decision makers and persist until you win. Exceptional communicator: confident in both outbound and in-person conversations; skilled in discovery and objection handling. Strong command of CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools such as Lusha, Apollo, or similar. Self-starter with an owner's mindset, analytical thinking, and deep curiosity about AI, logistics, and operational efficiency.
