Job Description
  • Oversee the corporate secretarial operations for a diverse portfolio of clients, including corporate entities, investment funds, and private wealth structures.
  • Apply expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Singapore, Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for complex administrative queries, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Attend client and intermediary meetings to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Review and interpret complex transactions, providing technical insights to support board-level decisions.
  • Play an active role in business development and respond to new client enquiries with confidence and expertise.
  • Champion a culture of excellence in client service, ensuring consistent adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Drive process improvements and operational consistency across the team through strategic analysis and innovation.
  • Mentor and manage team members, supporting their growth through training and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and internal efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, including reporting, due diligence, and record-keeping.
  • Manage and develop a team of administrators in providing expert corporate, fund and private wealth corporate secretarial services in order to manage, maintain and grow client relationships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate Director - Corporate Services should have:
  • Extensive Expertise: Over a decade of hands-on experience in corporate services, with a proven track record of delivering excellence across diverse client portfolios.
  • Professional Credentials: Backed by a recognized qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICSA, or STEP, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards and continuous development.
  • Private Wealth Proficiency: Solid experience managing private wealth structures, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of high-net-worth clients.
  • Board-Level Insight: Prior experience serving as a director on private wealth client boards, offering strategic guidance and governance expertise.
  • Driven by Excellence: A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients, empowering your team, and continuously raising the bar.
