Overview Join the Senior/Logistics Executive role at Ethos BeathChapman , a leading international commodities trading firm with a strong presence in global markets. The position is pivotal in managing logistics operations and supplier partnerships across North America, ensuring shipments are executed efficiently, cost‐effectively, and in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Coordinate shipment bookings, monitor order status, and provide timely delivery updates as the primary point of contact for daily logistics activities. Validate logistics costs, confirm cargo insurance coverage, and maintain accurate shipment documentation. Identify and resolve potential disruptions such as booking errors, equipment shortages, or delivery delays, overseeing issue‐resolution processes when needed. Gather and analyze logistics and market data to provide actionable insights that support broader business and supply‐chain strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners—including carriers, freight forwarders, and third‐party providers—and support the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors. Assist in drafting and implementing service agreements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, particularly in the shipping, commodities, or metals industries. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong stakeholder management skills.
