We are seeking a highly passionate and driven HR professional to fill the role of HR Manager .

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing Human Capital strategies and practices.

The incumbent will deepen their HR knowledge by driving various spectrums of HR including Business Partnership, Compensation & Benefits, and Labour Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director of HR to ensure progressive HR practices across all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Establish and review all HR policies and standards, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Foster a culture that encapsulates the organization's Values and Ethos, encouraging collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning & upskilling.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 7-10 years' experience in a similar leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
