Specialist Advisor to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG). The Project Management candidate is responsible for managing the initiative, engaging and working with key business partners, and driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline. This position will have a primary focus on planning, execution, and delivery of IT Strategy initiatives. Main Responsibilities Identify customer needs, manage major end-to-end initiatives, and ability to manage a medium team. Manage finances and budgets; determine ways to reduce costs and improve service availability. Define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners. Establish, plan, and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle. Ensure all required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, testing, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution. Identify and manage the critical path and milestones of a schedule. Identify risks affecting program and project deliverables with follow-through on mitigation, resolution, and path to green. Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, identify problems, propose solutions, and implement efficient processes. Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. Adhere to Citigroup project management processes and procedures. Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups. Maintain a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and managing project teams. 14+ years of overall experience in IT services - infrastructure/data center strongly preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or equivalents. Professional Project Management Certification and Technical Certifications or equivalents. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a complex project or initiative. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationships.
