About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data QA Tester to join our team supporting a leading global client. This role involves validating data workflows, pipelines, and ensuring the highest level of data quality in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test strategies for data validation and verification.
  • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for data pipelines and ETL workflows.
  • Write complex SQL queries for validating large datasets across systems.
  • Validate data integrity on Azure and Databricks platforms.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI teams to ensure high-quality data delivery.
  • Document test cases, defects, and results with attention to detail.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Expertise in SQL and database testing.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Databricks cloud platforms.
  • Experience in data verification and validation processes.
  • Familiarity with risk-based testing and designing test strategies.
  • Basic programming knowledge in Python is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
