Your Role as an Agency Development Manager:
* Guide clients on their financial journeys, including protection, investment, and retirement goals
* Develop personalized strategies in insurance, investment planning, and asset protection
* Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to adapt to changing financial needs
* Interpret financial documents, performance reports, and income projections
* Grow and manage your client base with structured lead support and branding power from EVOL
What We're Looking For:
* Singaporean or Singapore PR
* A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, IB Diploma, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Passionate about guiding others in achieving financial success
* Multilingual abilities are an added advantage
