Level: Executive
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary Range: S$3,500 – S$5,500
Annual Leave: 14 days (plus statutory leaves)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our team at OneO2Plants. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring high-quality plant care, and driving operational excellence in our nursery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day nursery operations and staff supervision.
  • Support production planning and scheduling for hydroculture plant projects.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance of nursery workers.
  • Oversee maintenance and utilization of nursery equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure best horticultural practices in plant care, propagation, and upkeep.
  • Assist in preparing costings and quotations for tenders, working with QS & Project teams.
  • Contribute to continuous process and resource improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager or Management.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of nursery or horticultural management experience, preferably with hydroculture.
  • Strong knowledge of plant propagation, pest/disease management, irrigation systems.
  • Proven leadership in supervising and motivating teams.
  • Familiarity with nursery equipment and machinery.
  • Experience with costings/quotations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; project management tools knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
