**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Assistant Nursery Manager**to join our team at **OneO2Plants**. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring high-quality plant care, and driving operational excellence in our nursery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing day-to-day nursery operations and staff supervision.
- Support **production planning**and scheduling for hydroculture plant projects.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance of nursery workers.
- Oversee maintenance and utilization of nursery equipment and machinery.
- Ensure **best horticultural practices**in plant care, propagation, and upkeep.
- Assist in preparing costings and quotations for tenders, working with QS & Project teams.
- Contribute to continuous process and resource improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager or Management.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree/Diploma in **Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, or related field.**:

- **3-5 years of nursery or horticultural management experience**, preferably with hydroculture.
- Strong knowledge of **plant propagation, pest/disease management, irrigation systems.**:

- Proven leadership in supervising and motivating teams.
- Familiarity with nursery equipment and machinery.
- Experience with costings/quotations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; project management tools knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
