About the Role:
This role involves managing daily HR and administrative tasks, as well as preparing and updating reports for management review.
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly expenses claims
- Prepare all HR-related documentation
- Prepare and update HR reports for management review
- Manage daily HR and administrative matters
- Conduct surveys such as MOM or others
- Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
- Able to multitask and work independently with initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player able to take ownership of assigned tasks
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. In addition, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience working with HR systems and software.
