Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production process from start to finish, including receiving and inspecting raw materials, processing and packaging finished goods, and shipping products to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain management, to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in quality control or assurance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen or Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as ISO
  • Fluency in additional languages, including Spanish or Mandarin.
