Job Role: Product Quality Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Quality Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, thereby contributing to the overall success of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality checks on final products in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all analysis results, including any discrepancies or nonconformities.
  • Identify and report any instances where product quality does not meet specifications, providing detailed documentation as necessary.
  • Provide support to various departments as required, including production, R&D, and sales.
  • Perform routine calibration and maintenance tasks on laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Store and label retained samples and documentation properly, adhering to established protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in quality control or a related field is essential.
  • The ability to think critically and solve complex problems is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software is a must.
