Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services. This involves conducting product testing, analyzing data, and identifying trends or recurring issues. You will work closely with the R&D and production teams to implement corrective measures for quality defects.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct product testing and analyze data to identify trends or recurring issues.
• Implement corrective measures for quality defects in collaboration with the R&D and production teams.
• Work with suppliers to resolve product-related issues and ensure timely resolution of quality concerns and non-conformances.
• Provide feedback to suppliers on quality performance and collaborate on quality improvement plans.
• Investigate product issues and defects, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, product testing, and defect analysis.
• Proficient in technical report writing and communication.
• Experience with supplier management and resolving product quality issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with root cause analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in quality management systems. E.g ISO 9001
• Familiarity with quality software tools. E.g SAP
