About the job We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented PMO Lead Strategic Delivery & Governance to establish and continuously enhance our Project Management Office. You will create scalable delivery frameworks, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive operational excellence across Martech and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement PMO policies, standards, and best practices, including governance models, approval workflows, and compliance protocols. Manage the complete portfolio of Martech and digital projects, ensuring proper intake, prioritization, and monitoring of KPIs such as health, timelines, and ROI. Provide leadership for high-risk and critical projects, direct escalations, and ensure success criteria, risk registers, and contingency plans are established. Collaborate with HR and department heads for resource and capacity planning, optimizing productivity and utilization. Oversee project financials, including revenue, cost management, and profitability; track billability, utilization, and P&L performance in collaboration with Finance. Lead and mentor project managers and coordinators, guiding performance evaluations, skill development, and career planning to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
