Business Analyst (ETRM / Oil & Gas) (001)Our client is a leading Commodities multinational firm, and they are actively recruiting for a seasoned Business Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities Work closely with vendors and system integrators on project activities including requirements validation, functional design, test planning, data cleansing, and system migration strategies. Serve as the system subject matter expert, providing solutions to meet business requirements and addressing complex issues in collaboration with solution architects and software developers. Lead or support projects and change management efforts aimed at improving business processes. Develop and execute testing strategies, prepare test cases, and perform functional and end‐to‐end testing. Formulate mitigation plans to manage operational challenges during system cutovers. After system go-live, act as the main on‐site point of contact to respond to user queries and issues. Deliver user training sessions. Prepare user manuals and process documentation. Work with developers to provide Level 2 support, manage incidents and change requests for the ETRM system, and help design an operational support model with defined SLA metrics. Support the IT team in maintaining smooth operations of the core ETRM system and its associated applications.
