Manager, Subscription Specialist, APAC Pure Storage is a leading data storage company reshaping the industry with its Evergreen//One subscription service. As Manager, Subscription Specialist, APAC, you will drive adoption and growth of Evergreen//One across the Asia‐Pacific region. Key Responsibilities Support net new pursuits (60%) and customer success organization for existing install base (20%) while enabling field operations (20%). Provide product expertise, finance overlay from deal‐shaping standpoint, and act as trusted advisor to customers and customer success. Oversee customer acquisition, onboarding, service delivery, and adoption across the region. Act as point of contact for escalations from existing customers and drive initiatives that improve the Evergreen//One experience. Partner with Sales, Services, Product, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Enablement. Drive adoption of Evergreen//One among companies across verticals such as financial services, IT outsourcing, health care, public sector, retail, manufacturing, and insurance. Facilitate product and platform collaboration between field sales, partners, and the business unit. Perform financial modeling and consulting to support new pursuits and expansion within existing customers. Collaborate with Services to oversee onboarding, service deployment, delivery, ongoing success, and escalation management. Communicate market opportunities, trends, and field feedback to cross‐functional teams. Develop trusting relationships within the company and with regional partners. Serve as product expert and evangelist, pitching to C‐level executives. Understand and execute operational tasks such as reviewing hardware configurations, modifying subscriptions, validating invoicing, and enabling global subscription commitments. Provide feedback and work cross‐functionally to deliver continuous process improvement and automation. Understand the subscription product catalog and guide teams on configurations. Engage on teams projects to adapt operations and governance for new subscription offerings. Maintain operational dashboards including tracking KPIs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 7‐10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IaaS, SaaS, and Software industry. Strong command of IaaS/SaaS customer success and service delivery with proven results. Experience partnering with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Strong business development acumen supporting sales teams through strategic campaigns. Strategic thinking and methodical execution in a startup‐like environment. Ownership of execution of standard operating procedures and best practices. Participation in enablement initiatives to scale operational knowledge and differentiation. Track and report customer 360 metrics to management. Preferred Qualifications Experience with services SOW, SaaS/IaaS service contracts and SaaS/IaaS product offerings. Experience with public cloud IaaS and PaaS. Strong documentation and reporting skills. MBA preferred.
