Overview Competitive Remuneration Package Accessible working location Good career exposure in healthcare settings Responsibilities As a Manager - Marketing Communications (Patient Outreach and Engagement), you will be responsible for the following duties: Design publicity plans and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to increase awareness and enrollment in the health initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall goals. Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, messaging, and promotional content. Lead the strategy, creation, and implementation of targeted email campaigns aimed at boosting resident participation and promoting community health programs. Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation, securing approvals, conducting tests, launching campaigns, and analyzing post-campaign performance. Produce high-quality, brand-compliant content aligned with campaign goals. Track campaign results and engagement metrics to extract actionable insights. Refine and enhance campaign effectiveness based on data analysis and stakeholder input. Manage campaign budgets prudently to achieve targets. Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
