Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging one-on-one lessons in piano, guitar, violin, or voice that make every class a fun and exciting journey for students.
  • Teach structured lessons following our curriculum to ensure students develop strong musical skills while fostering a lifelong love for music.
  • Conduct interactive lessons using personalized instruction and creative exercises to keep students motivated and eager to learn.
  • Encourage growth by preparing students for performances and providing clear goals and guidance throughout the learning process.
  • Stay connected with parents through regular progress updates to keep them informed and engaged in their child's musical journey.
  • Host recitals and showcase events that give students the confidence to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their achievements.
  • Grow with us by representing our organization at outreach events, roadshows, and other initiatives to promote the joy of music education and connect with new students.
  • Track progress with positivity by assessing students' abilities, providing constructive feedback, and celebrating milestones to keep them motivated and confident.
  • Inspire and lead by creating a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop their musical creativity.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Master's, Bachelor's, or Diploma in Music (ATCL/DipABRSM) – we value passionate and well-trained musicians who can inspire students. A bright, cheerful, and engaging personality is essential, along with confidence in speaking and engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.
