Your Role as a Music Educator

As a music educator (Special Needs – Piano), you'll:

  • Conduct one-on-one piano sessions tailored to each student's learning profile
  • Facilitate small group music classes, building social and musical skills
  • Create goal-oriented weekly lesson plans aligned with our in-house curriculum
  • Monitor and document student progress, celebrating each milestone
  • Collaborate with our team on external teaching, curriculum development, school events, and other projects

We're looking for educators who are passionate about working with children and youth. You'll need:

  • A foundation in music (qualifications or strong playing ability, especially piano)
  • Genuine enjoyment working with children and youth
  • Patient, empathetic, and motivated to make a meaningful impact
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptability, open to feedback, and willing to grow in a dynamic teaching environment
