Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable for another 6-months); Work Location: Somerset About the Role: Join a passionate team that supports the growth and development of professionals in the early childhood sector You’ll play an important role in administering scholarships and training awards, engaging with recipients, and helping to nurture the next generation of educators. What You’ll Be Doing: Streamline and manage processes to ensure smooth programme administration — from handling agreements to tracking recipients’ performance and bond obligations. Support outreach and engagement efforts to attract and retain scholarship recipients. Assist in organising events and respond to general enquiries. Contribute to communication materials or marketing collaterals (e.g. emailers) to promote programmes and initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Diploma in any discipline — background in Psychology or Early Childhood Education is a plus. Strong administrative, writing, and communication skills. Meticulous, organised, and comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A creative eye or experience in producing marketing materials using Canva will be an advantage.
