Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our processing centers across all shifts. This role involves leading training and meeting sessions for processing staff, managing handy-person duties around the hub, and collaborating with Property Managers to ensure work is completed on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the processing center.
  • Leads training and meeting sessions for the processing staff.
  • Manages handy-person duties around the hub.
  • Works with Property Managers to ensure work is completed on time.
Scope:
This role oversees 1 large/high volume or 2-3 standard facilities under management.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
Relevant Work Experience: 3-5 years.
Domain Experience: 1-3 years.
Management Experience: 0-3 years.
Prior Companies:
Logistics/Tech, F&B/Hospitality, Entrepreneur.
