Team:Central Product Team — innovating core platforms to optimize user experience and operational efficiency, supporting Binance’s global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Product Ownership:
- Lead the full product strategy and execution for KYB and compliance-related products.
- Work with global KYB vendors to develop a cutting-edge KYB and verification platform.
- Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, product managers, engineers, and designers to build high-quality solutions.
- Collect and prioritize feedback from internal stakeholders (compliance, legal, operations, data), managing trade-offs and driving the product roadmap.
- Data-Driven Decisions:
- Define and analyze key product metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience building products for international markets .
- Strong skills in product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- User-centric and product-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
- Familiarity with blockchain or fintech is a plus.
