Senior Product Manager, KYB (Know Your Business) Location: Full-Time About Binance: Binance is the largest global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, trusted by over 250 million users worldwide. Team: Central Product Team — innovating core platforms to optimize user experience and operational efficiency, supporting Binance’s global ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product strategy and execution for KYB and compliance-related products. Work with global KYB vendors to develop a cutting-edge KYB and verification platform. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with compliance, operations, product managers, engineers, and designers to build high-quality solutions. Collect and prioritize feedback from internal stakeholders (compliance, legal, operations, data), managing trade-offs and driving the product roadmap. Data-Driven Decisions: Define and analyze key product metrics to guide decisions and measure success. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years experience as a Product Manager. Experience building products for international markets . Strong skills in product lifecycle management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. User-centric and product-driven mindset. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Fluent in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners. Familiarity with blockchain or fintech is a plus.
