Overview Join to apply for the Patient Service Associate, Child Development Unit role at National University Hospital . Responsibilities Perform patient registration and verify relevant documents. Conduct the triage process, including screening and measuring and recording patient’s height/weight/blood pressure and etc. Provide clear instructions to patients regarding consultation/intervention processes. Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments. Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner. Comply to clinic facilities readiness. Provide administrative support to clinicians during consultations as required. Assist in scoring the assessment forms and tabulating assessment results accurately. Ensure documents/assessments are properly organised and scanned into the system. Ensure assessment tools and kits are cleaned and disinfected. Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients. Coordinate and follow-up on referrals. Key Requirements Minimum “N” Level. Healthcare or service-related industry preferred. Proficient in IT computer skills. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
