Manufacturing Test Floor Problem Solver

Job Summary
To support the testing floor, this role focuses on analyzing and resolving testing issues. Key responsibilities include investigating manufacturing problems, identifying lot dispositions, diagnosing and resolving production deviation lots and testing issues in a timely manner.
This position requires collaborating with cross-functional groups to resolve process variance, equipment, or device performance problems. It also involves providing support to product quality control and ensuring efficiency of equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate test floor manufacturing issues and identify lot dispositions
- Diagnose and resolve production deviation lots and testing issues using data analysis and tester logs
- Verify symptoms and report network/software-related issues, escalating to relevant parties for resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process variance, equipment, or device performance problems
- Provide support to product quality control and ensure efficient equipment and processes
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of PC applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Unix, Perl, or Python is an advantage
- Ability to perform 12-hour rotation shifts
- Self-motivated and self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimal guidance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills in building positive working relationships
- Equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging is an advantage
