Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager in all site activities.
Oversee and coordinate all project operations on site from conception to completion including project progress monitoring and environment & safety matters.
Resolve site problems and ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the contractual period.
Monitor and oversee work execution by own construction team, sub-contractor, supplier and vendor
Liaise with clients, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, suppliers, vendor and others where necessary
Conduct site meeting with project team and sub-contractors and monitor site progress
Provide guidance in relations to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with drawings
Gather, check site date, recording and monitoring of site work progress/productivity
Familiar with M&E and renovation work, coordination with users
Able to understand structural drawing, specifications, and requirements Tell employers what skills you have
