About the Position:

This role is focused on driving growth and penetration of young adult segment credit cards, supporting the product strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to meet business objectives, including customer acquisition targets and engagement.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely campaign implementation.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and address customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in card marketing or product management in banking/finance. Fresh graduates may apply.
  • Strong understanding of the young adult segment's financial needs and lifestyle preferences.
  • Data-driven approach with analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
