Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process from junior to mid-level management positions across various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing multiple stages and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their corporate culture, objectives, and business structures, ensuring accurate job scoping.
  • Screen and match candidates with client requirements, leveraging your expertise to identify top talent.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and recommend suitable candidate profiles to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies for placing job advertisements, maximizing reach and visibility.
  • Provide exceptional service to existing and new clients, driving sales revenue and business development activities through proactive engagement.
  • Employ business development strategies to expand the client base and opportunities, fostering growth and success.
  • Maintain adherence to administrative procedures and ensure that reporting systems are up-to-date, facilitating seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education (diploma or higher) and a passion for working in a people-focused industry with sales components.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer services is an added advantage, but not required.
  • A results-driven individual with strong determination, willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with high motivation and a positive mindset, driving personal and team success.
  • Sales-oriented personality with self-motivation, drive, and resilience.
  • Sound business acumen and decision-making skills, coupled with good influencing abilities.
