About the role We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‐focused Retail Assistants or Cashiers to join our well‐established MNC bookstore in the Central Region. In this full‐time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our store. What you'll be doing Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including restocking shelves Answering customer inquiries and providing recommendations on products Supporting inventory management and stock‐taking processes Ensuring a safe and secure store environment What we're looking for Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast‐paced retail environment Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred What we offer At Corestaff, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
