Key Responsibilities: Creative Conceptualization: Develop bold and strategic design concepts for retail environments, events, product launches, and brand activations. Design Execution: Create high-quality layouts, renders, mockups, and final artwork for digital and print outputs. Retail-Focused Solutions: Design with a deep understanding of visual merchandising, in-store branding, and space utilization. Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (production, marketing, installation) and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. Trend Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with retail and design trends and incorporate insights into your creative process. Production Readiness: Prepare accurate, production-ready files and liaise with print/fabrication vendors to ensure flawless final execution. Time Management: Balance multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining design quality and brand consistency. Must-Have Requirements: To qualify for this role, you must be able to answer YES to the following: Do you have experience in designing for retail environments (e.g., in-store branding, visual merchandising, store displays)?Have you worked on projects involving both creative design and physical execution (e.g., collaborating with fabrication or installation teams)?Have you led or contributed significantly to a retail design campaign from concept to execution?Are you proficient in 3D visualization tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software?Are you comfortable working within brand guidelines while delivering creative, original solutions?Do you have experience preparing final artwork for print and production (e.g., dielines, color proofing, specifications)?Can you handle multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment?Do you have experience working with vendors, printers, or production teams to ensure correct output and installation?Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) is a plus. Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding, print and digital production, user experience, and environmental design. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct issues across layout, typography, formatting, and production output. Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly present concepts and collaborate with internal and external teams. Self-Starter: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic, hands-on design environment.
