Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Operations & Supply Chain Intern. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for supporting internal business processes, contributing to the development of training programs in logistics and supply chain, and gaining exposure to real-world SME operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal workflow improvements by applying supply chain principles such as process mapping and resource efficiency.
  • Assist with lead generation and client engagement.
  • Coordinate across teams to streamline training delivery, including scheduling and material preparation.
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to promote upcoming training programs and partnerships.
  • Assist in recruitment activities and support the full employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, deployment, offboarding).
  • Maintain internal databases and support the preparation of contracts, HR documents, and government funding documentation.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and organised operations across departments.

Course Development & Market Research:

  • Contribute to the research, design, and structuring of new training programs in supply chain and logistics.
  • Assist in aligning course content with industry standards (e.g., SSG frameworks or in-demand competencies).
  • Draft learner guides, PowerPoint materials, and internal documentation for pilot courses.
  • Support competitor analysis of similar SCM-related courses in Singapore and overseas.

  • Learn how education and training programs are structured for workforce development.
  • Gain experience in market research, client engagement, and internal process coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of a new SCM training vertical within a PEI setting.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student in Operations & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage, as the role may involve communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Drive, Google Workspace).
  • Adaptable, organized, and keen to learn across functional domains.
