**Responsibilities**
- Be able to gather and document the Client’s current supply chain business processes and identify their key pain points.
- Assess Daily Execution of VKT’s client supply chain operations
- Shipment tracking
- Sales order management
- Tracking the flow of in-coming and out-going goods, and all stock movements in a timely manner for both offline & online channels
- Inventory management
- Assist with project management, including projects but not limited to cost reduction and supply chain operational efficiency
- Analyse data using tools to identify gaps & opportunities and derive insights to provide recommendations to improve internal or external processes
- Support overseas market operations in enabling a flexible and scalable solution, with regard to system processes, report generation and cross-functional coordination
- Contribute towards building a strong and seamless operation network across the supply chain system
**Requirements**:

- Undergoing Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Project Management/Business or related studies required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with good knowledge in Excel
- Knowledge in Supply Chain Planning processes
- Detail oriented with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Reliable with an ability to learn quickly & a collaborative team player
- Good communication & people skills
- Knowledge of PowerBI is preferred
