Join Our Team as a Process Technician

At our facility, we are driving innovation in the aviation and engineering industries.

We design, manufacture and service aircraft engines and auxiliary power units for commercial, military and business aircraft.

As a Process Technician, you will perform repair maintenance, troubleshooting or modification of engine parts in our workshop.

  • Perform cross-functional jobs in the repair operations process with a focus on Painting, Sheetmetal and Plasma Spray.
  • Participate in production linearity projects and setup, housekeeping and other workshop activities as instructed by your supervisor.
  • Upkeep & maintain all operational tooling and fixtures.
  • Perform various painting and bench repair works such as masking, blending, inserts & broken studs removal/replacement per technical manuals.

You will also interpret rework dimensions & understand the requirements from technical blueprints.

Inspect work using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.

Assist your supervisor in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.

Qualifications

  • A relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in either paint shop or Sheetmetal is required.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
