Aircraft Structural Repair Technician Role

Join us for a challenging opportunity to work as an Aircraft Structural Repair Technician. This role is perfect for those with a passion for mechanical repair and assembly work of aircraft structural components.

We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills and experience in aerospace MRO environment. As an Aircraft Structural Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on aircraft structures. Your duties will include working with various materials, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical repair and assembly work of aircraft structural components
- Work in accordance with repair schemes and routing procedures
- Ensure that all repairs meet job delivery requirements and industry standards
- Maintain accurate production planning and quality records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of structural repair experience in aerospace MRO environment OR diploma in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering (Fresh graduate without experience)
- CAAS Paper A12, L12, F11, F12, and C14 (a plus)
- Good personal responsibility and work attitude
- Team player with understanding of Lean processes
- Knowledge in fitting techniques, mechanical and structural assembly
- Ability to read engineering blueprints and repair sketches
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
