Overview
Senior Manager - Technology Risk & Governance (Sector Governance). You will play an important role as the enabler and integrator to drive the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and risk management programs in the public healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible to develop and continuously increase cybersecurity maturity and capabilities through effective stakeholder management, active listening, and meeting business and policy requirements. You will apply existing solid working experience and knowledge of continuous improvement, governance, risk management and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
Be the integrator and lead point of contact for cybersecurity policies development, implementation and adherence while facilitating engagement and collaboration with various stakeholders in the public healthcare sector.
Be the voice for the team from a cybersecurity perspective when evaluating stakeholders’ requirements, expectations, and interactions.
Engage and drive alignment with both Synapxe and MOHH entities’ stakeholders including but not limited to CIOs, CISOs and other functional leaders.
Facilitate roll out of consultation and rollout on policies, risk management framework and assessment methodology.
Support cybersecurity risk management program to instill cyber risk awareness culture within the public healthcare sector.
Evaluate risk remediation priorities and provide risk opinions, advisories & recommendations.
Develop and continuously improve the Public Healthcare Cybersecurity Risk dashboard and key risk indicators for reporting.
Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and changes regulations.
Maintain effective working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and regulators to seamlessly integrate policy adherence into the sector’s overall strategic objectives and activities.
Demonstrate domain expertise; contribute to learning content, presenting, and supporting a continuous learning culture.
Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM majors with over 8 years of experience.
Recognized industry-leading certifications in relevant areas such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, CIPP, CIPT, CIPM and GIAC certifications.
Technical Expertise:
Experience in policy, standard and guideline implementation in cyber security and technology risk domain
Solid technical writing and attention to details
Working knowledge of frameworks & standards such as NIST CSF, COBIT5/2019, ISO27000 series
Understanding of cyber security, risk management, and compliance concepts and processes
Ability to consult and influence stakeholders on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions
Ability to design and develop a solution roadmap and implementation plan based on current vs future state
Balancing security and business needs
Knowledge of the full range of services catalog within a cybersecurity function
Experience sustaining operational stability through lifecycle phases
Able to lead early-stage customer interactions on cybersecurity design
