Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients Lead the procurement of capital equipment and materials required for large-scale projects. Ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery by selecting and managing the best suppliers. Develop and maintain supplier relationships for long-term strategic sourcing. Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables essential for manufacturing operations. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure material availability. Implement supplier performance monitoring and risk management strategies. Manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), evaluating proposals and negotiating contracts. Develop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Ensure compliance with site procurement policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and align procurement strategies. Provide cost-benefit analysis to support purchasing decisions and convince key stakeholders on optimal procurement choices. Communicate procurement insights and recommendations effectively to senior management. Act as a key procurement representative in the Factory of the Future project. Identify and source cutting-edge technologies, automation solutions, and smart manufacturing equipment. Support digital transformation efforts by implementing modern procurement tools and analytics. Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing industries. Demonstrate strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Power BI Strong experience with capital equipment purchasing, direct materials, and RFQs. Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for participating in development, training, deployment and management of data quality monitoring models using ML and GenAI. The person should be an experienced data scientist and shall also have the mindset to keep improvement of the model development process. You will work autonomously and follow a continuous improvement approach, ensuring a high-quality code that adheres to our design, norms, and standards.
