Achieve brand consistency by collaborating and aligning brand expressions across departments and business units Agency ManagementPromote integration across the different specialist creative and media agencies that Singtel works with Manage Singtel’s relationship with retained agencies (through Client-Agency performance reviews on a 6-monthly basis). Track and optimise agency fees and scopes on a monthly basis, and annually during planning season Monitor agency scope reconciliations monthly. Manage monthly agency retainer payment (creative & media). Manage A&P budget Media/Operational Excellence ManagementManage negotiations of Master Contracts with strategic media partners (eg. SPH and Media Corp). Manage overall media spend against Master Contract commitments.
