Sales Performance Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Performance Director to drive sales growth and excellence across our retail outlets. As a Sales Performance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the achievement of monthly sales targets, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and leading a team of consultants/beauticians to maximize sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of one or more outlets to achieve sales goals and maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Liaise with other staff members to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards are upheld.
  • Lead and motivate a team of consultants/beauticians to optimize sales performance through excellent service and retail standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in sales or management.
  • Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Energetic, sales-driven, self-motivated, and independent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Personal Services or equivalent.
  • Managers specializing in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
