Supply Chain Analyst

Job Area: Operations Group, Operations Group > Supply Chain Management General Summary: Leverages understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (e.g., demand metrics, supply levels, customer pushout) to analyze, report, and resolve supply planning activities. Monitors the schedule and scope of product(s). Manages demand signals using tools like the Demand Statement to plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the manufacturing cycle. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to identify needs supporting product demand. Issue build plans and purchase orders based on NPI demand, assess risks, track WIP, ensure documentation, and communicate status. Provide NPI forecasts to capacity planning teams monthly; work to resolve constraints and prioritize WIP. Collaborate on projects and process improvements to strengthen NPI processes. Identify and resolve demand discrepancies, engaging with teams to address issues. Maintain accurate system data for critical reports like shortages and open orders. Ensure flow of accurate documentation to the supply chain. Track supply deliverables to meet deadlines and address potential issues. Coordinate schedules and tasks with project managers and operations managers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the semiconductor industry. Experience with SAP and/or Oracle. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL is a plus. Additional Qualifications: 2+ years in supply chain, product planning, or related experience, or equivalent scholastic experience.
