Group Internal Audit (GIA) is looking for an exceptional and dynamic Audit Manager to join our Change Transformation audit team. The global role includes executing audits across Ways of Working (WOW), project lifecycle, Classic and Agile delivery, project governance, reporting and monitoring, scheduling, resource management and financial management. It will involve more complex audits such as cross‐functional and multi‐location high‐risk audits, and provide opportunities to engage with both Group and Country stakeholders. Responsibilities Strategy Maintain awareness of the Group's business strategy, model, and Transformation priorities. Business Plan, execute, and report on internal audit engagements to deliver assurance objectives to established GIA standards and timelines. Deliver quality audit reports with actionable, measurable, and value‐added recommendations. Share knowledge with team members and broader GIA and advise internal auditors on Change Management. Assist in standardising and documenting processes, risks and controls to build simple test procedures for Change Management. Track and consolidate all Change‐related audit issues raised by GIA, Regulators or Monitors, and provide periodic updates to internal GIA Management and senior risk committees. Apply an in‐depth understanding of GIA methodology standards and the GIA system to all assigned activities. Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data (using data analytics) to diagnose underlying issues, patterns and root causes. Monitor and track assigned audit issues and action plans, reporting overdue items to the Head of Audit for resolution. Processes Execute audits in line with the Group Internal Audit methodology. People & Talent Build good working relationships with business audit teams to facilitate integrated audit work. Maintain strong relationships with the Business to support audit recommendations and communication. Risk Management Complete relevant risk assessment activities in a timely and effective manner. Assist in continuous auditing and monitoring of key risks in Change Management. Follow changes in laws and regulations to identify emerging risks. Governance Assess the effectiveness of the Group's arrangements for Transformation governance, oversight, and controls. Maintain awareness of the regulatory framework and requirements. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Embed the highest standards of ethics across Standard Chartered
