Overview Group Internal Audit (GIA) is seeking an Audit Manager for its Change Transformation audit team. The role may be based in Singapore, India, Hong Kong or Malaysia. Applicants should choose the appropriate country when starting the application process. Responsibilities Lead the planning, fieldwork and reporting of internal audit engagements to deliver assurance objectives within established GIA standards and timelines. Write quality audit reports with actionable, measurable, value‐added recommendations. Share knowledge, skills and experience with team members and provide advisory to internal auditors on Change Management. Assist in standardising and documenting processes, risks and controls; build simple test procedures for Change Management with stakeholders. Track and consolidate Change‐related audit issues raised by GIA, regulators or monitors; provide periodic updates to GIA management and senior risk committees. Apply GIA methodology standards and the GIA system to all audit activities. Use data analytics to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data, diagnose issues, patterns and root causes. Monitor assigned audit issues and action plans; report overdue items to the Head of Audit. Execute audits in line with the Group Internal Audit methodology. Build relationships with business audit teams to facilitate integrated audit work. Maintain risk assessment activities, including completing the Risk Assessment template. Assist in continuous monitoring of key risks in Change Management and follow regulatory changes. Assess the effectiveness of the Group's arrangements for Transformation governance, oversight, and controls. Demonstrate exemplary conduct and uphold the Group's values and code of conduct. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. 4+ years of audit experience, focusing on Change delivery and Agile concepts, preferably in banking or financial services. Change Management expertise (e.g., Project Management Planning, Agile Practitioner). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a curiosity to learn. Excellent written communication and articulation skills. Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with audit and business stakeholders. High level of responsibility, self‐motivation and minimal supervision. Professional audit certification (CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.) and experience in risk‐based audit methodology. Professional certification in Change Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, PMI‐ACP) preferred.
