We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help take our brands to the next level. If you’re a marketing maven with 3-5 years of experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle —someone who can think strategically, run 360° marketing campaigns and translate brand vision into scroll-stopping, conversation-starting, results-driven activations—we want to hear from you. What you’ll be doing: Brand & Campaign Management Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across channels and activations for assigned brands Lead the execution of consumer-first integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and retail touchpoints Work closely with in-house creative teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing assets and content Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders across multiple projects Social Media, Digital & CRM Marketing Drive social media strategy, overseeing content calendars, community engagement and KOL content collaborations Report on social media performance, tracking engagement and conversion metrics to optimise campaigns Manage CRM initiatives, ensuring effective customer segmentation, retention, and loyalty strategies Keep a pulse on industry, media and social trends—what’s next, what’s working, and what we should ditch (Bonus) If you’ve run performance marketing campaigns, or have a basic understanding of it, that’s a plus PR, KOL & Partnerships Develop and execute earned media strategies, including press outreach and events Collaborate with external agencies to identify and manage KOL relationships and media opportunities Build relations with media, industry partners, and collaborators to amplify brand reach Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of marketing experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle Perks and Benefits Medical & Dental Coverage Staff Discount across 8 outlets in Singapore Work-from-anywhere on Mondays Who You Are A strategic and creative thinker who can balance big-picture vision with attention to detail Organised with strong project management skills, able to multitask and work under pressure or ambiguity Curious, plugged into the latest market and consumer trends, including AI tools and platforms Comfortable with data and digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Atlas CRM, able to translate numbers into actionable insights Experienced working in or with an agency (Bonus) If you’re skilled in video or photo editing software like CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro, that’s another plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Food and Beverage Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ebb & Flow Group by 2x Get notified about new Assistant Brand Manager Marketing jobs in Singapore .
