What you will be working on:
Job Responsibilities
Manage and administer operations of the procurement function workflow for the Group.
Provide value-add advice on procurement requirements to ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations for the Group.
Review and enhance procurement controls and compliance for the Group.
Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost-effective results for the Group.
Conduct training sessions to support the upkeep of procurement competencies of officers conducting procurement when required.
What we are looking for:
Job Requirements
Tertiary education in Business Administration, Business Finance or equivalent.
Specialising in Government Procurement or equivalent.
Resourceful, meticulous, energetic, proactive, results-oriented team player.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills for this position.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
There are two vacancies available for this post.
Successful candidates will be appointed on a contract basis.
