Network Infrastructure Expert

We seek a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Expert to ensure the stability and performance of our network infrastructure.

  • Act as a Level-3 engineer and Subject Matter Expert for Global Network Services.
  • Manage incidents escalation, ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide Technical Support and consultancy as SME to internal stakeholders.
  • Review complex change requests and participate in pre-change council meetings.
  • Work closely with problem management teams to identify root causes of chronic problems or recurring issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Cisco CCNP certification with rich experience troubleshooting in complex enterprise LAN and large WAN.
  • At least 8+ years' experience in similar support roles, working directly with large global customers and partners.
  • Good knowledge on Telco and enterprise network technologies.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting SD-WAN technologies.
  • Strong understanding of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS, TE, SR, QoS, and SDWAN Overlay protocols.

Desirable Skills:

  • Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI, SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
  • Experience of Security services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls etc.)
  • Working Experience with Checkpoint, Juniper, and Fortinet products.
  • SD-WAN certification and/or CCIE is a great advantage.

As a Network Infrastructure Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of our network infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement new technologies.
