What the role is?
You will contribute to MOH's strategic initiatives aimed at managing private healthcare costs. This role focuses on developing and implementing finance governance policies, while supporting other cost containment efforts. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on?
As a member of a team, you will:
Develop and implement finance governance and enforcement policies in collaboration with MOH divisions and external stakeholders
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine policy implementation
Design and execute educational initiatives to improve claims compliance
Support other healthcare cost containment initiatives

Candidates must have a passion in healthcare, and it will be advantageous if they have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Working in the private healthcare sector or health insurance industry
Data analytics or surveillance to detect performance or compliance outliers e.g. fraud/waste/abuse
Governance or audit roles for compliance with institutional or regulatory requirements
