Overview
Role Purpose: Provide administrative, operational, and daily applicant call support to the recruitment team, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes.
Responsibilities
Call applicants daily to coordinate interviews, confirm attendance, and address recruitment-related queries.
Post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and company platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and HR systems.
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
Screen and shortlist resumes according to hiring requirements.
Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and issue interview invitations, offer letters, and rejection emails.
Support onboarding activities (contracts, orientation schedules, etc.).
Assist with recruitment reporting (hiring status, time-to-fill, etc.).
Skills & Requirements
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office / HR software.
Excellent telephony skills and ability to follow up with applicants effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
