Our team seeks an experienced Family Law Paralegal with a strong background in the eLitigation system.

We are looking for someone who can efficiently manage multiple matters, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients, court staff, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail.

Family Law Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file family law documents
  • Manage e-litigation filing and submissions
  • Coordinate court dates and client appointments
  • Maintain and organize client files and documentation
  • Handle correspondence and provide administrative support

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Legal Studies or relevant certification
  • At least 1–3 years of experience working in a Singapore law firm
  • Proficient in the eLitigation system and familiar with Singapore Family Justice Courts procedures
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
  • Good command of English and ability to draft clear and professional correspondence
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality
