Responsibilities & Authorities (Contract Period : Mid Feb to July 2025)
Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Receivable.
Responsible for timely submission for relevant financial data and ensure its accuracy.
Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
Perform end-to-end accounting tasks & monthly reporting.
Organize data for consolidation.
Ensure that vendor invoices, receipts, accruals and other relevant month end journals are posted accurately into accounting system.
Organize and maintain up to date financial records/cash flow.
Ensure entries and other accounting documents are maintained, processed and recorded accurately.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of Accounting and finance principles and practices
Experience in AR processes, posting invoices, managing invoice discrepancies
Good concept of accrual accounting
Experience
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance functions.
Education
Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
