Position:

Associate Director, Performance - MATERNITY COVER (5 Months)

Reporting to:

Head of Digital

Scope of the role:

The role sits within one of OMD’s most valuable account teams servicing one of the most iconic and global brands. The team has a market-leading position in implementational / executional management and client servicing. As an Associate Digital Director, you are expected to serve as a regional digital leader for SEA markets which will require you to have strong strategic knowledge on digital platforms and hands on experience of digital planning and execution.


The role requires you to:

  • Drive expansion of digital footprint via opening more partners, formats and channel presence
  • Accountable in ensuring cadence on pacing, optimisation and analyzing of data for learnings & action steps
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders for flawless campaign execution (creative agency, media partners, OMD global team and clients)
  • Collaboration with creative agency for asset planning, delivery and innovations
  • Participate in publisher meetings, represent the objectives of the clients and understand developments on how these will affect the client
  • Seek opportunity to drive innovations and initiatives from media platforms through deep publisher engagement
  • Manage publisher communication for campaign management at daily basis
  • Have strong numerical ability
  • Use excel to make sense of data and create client facing reports – SEM, PLA, Programmatic, Video, Display
  • Accountable in ensuring every campaign is accurately recorded and invoiced
  • Finance stewardship i.e. ensuring all plans are billed promptly and accurately

Required Skills or Attributes:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or strategic marketing consulting.
  • Hands on experience with activation across digital platforms i.e. Google Ads, TikTok, X, Meta, DV360, Bing
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of technology an digital marketing
  • Strong familiarity with digital metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing ad digital disciplines i.e. audience targeting, analytics
  • Strong client facing communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
  • Attention to detail is a must; accuracy in work is the top KPI
  • Can work independently with self-learning attitude
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving abilities and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to articulate and communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Effective under pressure, high energy, and an approachable manner
  • Flexibility to work long hours
  • Strong client and inter-agency relations skills
